Welcome to the new restaurant of award-winning chef Martin DALSASS with his wife LORENA (18 points Gault Millau). The restaurant Talvo by Dalsass features a rustic, simple and elegant atmosphere of an old Engadin house of 1658. The main feature of the dishes prepared by chef Dalsass is the extra virgin olive oil, with the “must have” of the menu: the famous “Chocolate Mousse”.

The restaurant is also characterized by a highly professional and friendly service. The extensive wine cellar offers wines from around the world, worthy of a classy venue. The culinary offer ranges of Mediterranean dishes and international cuisine from fois gras padellato, surprise egg with caviar Osciètre Imperial, Sicilian red prawns, scallops and tartare Fassona Piedmont. Among the first dishes: the homemade pasta (cavatelli, gnocchi, ravioli and Cappellaci) and risotto with white truffle of Alba. For fish: space oysters, lobster and lobster wild. Meat and game from Engadine region (lambs, goats, veal and fillet of venison) and  Wagyu Beef also of Chile.
